Short run Saturday 11/7

So i just got my truck back after 3 weeks and im hungry:willy_nilly: and a lil treat for those of you that knew the "snack attack" ('77 ford pickup on boggers) well its back my buddy just got it outta the shop. He wants to hit the glacier because the last time "snack attack" ran was 6 months ago attempting the glacier with multiple failures. Anyway id like to hit it early, like 9am and head back around 2 or 3. i have to work Saturday night at 530 in palmer. Well let me kno if anyones down........ I know, I know its not the best or hardest trail, but its close and its personal:drool5:

Why don't you guys wait until the snow flies to hit that. Its going to be windy as shit, and with the dust flying its not going to be much fun. Not only that, I don't cross metal creek unless I have rig out there ATLEAST the size of my rig, preferably bigger.

How about a wishbone run... its a little overgrown, but there are some good hills, and if the swamp is froze, we should be able to make it back pretty far.

Either way, I doubt I can go, so that would just be a suggestion. I won't know until tomarrow night if I can go... depends on workie :mad2:

Wishbone sounds good but i dont know where it is... if its close and someone who knows it is down, then lets do it... open to any ideas for a short day trip 9 to 4ish

ice would be minumum as well enough to cause major headaches out there still ..

Yeah.. the trail head for Wishbone is the same for Buffalo mine... you just go down that dirt hill on the right, instead of going down the dirt road that you turn left on.

I would think You'd have more of a quarrel with Buffalo mine than Knik... thats the one that smoked you before we even got started...lol
