I'm interested in buying truckloads of logs. Anyone know where to get some locally and how much it would cost to buy full logs.

Take a drive down KGB... about every other street there is a truck parked on the side of the road with a bed full of wood. If you want to cut your own, Buffalo Mine has a open to the public section of woods that you can take as much as you can haul. Go to the end of the road, where it turns to gravel... follow the dirt road down about a mile or so, and watch for tags on trees. Left side of the road, you'll see the pink yellow and red markers/signs....

I'm looking for about 10-20 cords per month. I would be open to cutting my own, but I dont think they would be too happy if all their tress were gone in 6 months.

Its open to the public... its does not matter. There are people out there right now cutting as much as they can and selling it... you might as well get what you can... :yesnod:

try 715-4019, tree length birch, its in the valley, but they may haul to Anch.
