got my 79 bronco and a 78 f-250 crew cab, should i swap the rear axle and the outters on the front axle or leave it? its alot of work for a marginal strenght increase. should i just sell the crew cab and buy me a good lift and tires?

Lift and tires for sure. But unless you're going to go big money on axle shafts, I'd keep the tire size at 38 or under...
Keep an eye out for a good deal on one tons, and when the time comes, swap out the 1/2 ton stuff. 3/4 ton stuff wouldn't be worth the work IMO.

Duff sells the same arms as Cage(http://www.jamesduff.com/newproducts/newproducts.asp part# 5351, about half way down the page) (Literally, almost identical). The only diff is the mounts. You'll need to use the C- style (Or wedge) bushings (That you probably already have). This only becomes a problem when you go to a 60 though.
