we r going to wrench on the snack attack tonight and the fodge is running strong. Whos up for a knik test run tomorrow around noon?

It will have to be a little later than that. I have to run into Anch for a minute, then I have one other stop to make. Then I have to swap my yoke out.... noon would be cutting it very close :toetap05:

Now I may not even be going. Prestons yoke fell through... Chris says he's got one, but I have no idea when I'll be able to hook up with him to get it. :mad5:

Well... its wore out. Its been ore out. I get about 4-5 runs in, then I have to change the straps out. I may just go buy new straps again....:toetap05:

i didnt like the new u joints i put in on my front drive shaft they say they replace the original yoda but they are a good 1/2 inch shorter .. they still lock in but much shorter ..

i have spares just incase .

Do you have a steep DL angle and binding the joint at full drop? That sounds like the same problem I was having, I bought one of these and a deep throated pinion yoke and have had zero problems.

I don't think so. My angles look good at droop and stuff, but on the truck (That this rear came out of) it was close. This has been an issue since the truck, and I've just been replacing the straps. I've got a new yoke now, so I'll see if that solves the problem long term... if not, I may have to go to that setup. :(

me, myself and i had a great time today playing in the slush and mud .. its only starting to break up around the edges river crossings are all still solid the parking lot and the main way in was the only real deep shit .

im going to try and hit up moose meadows tomarrow if anyone is free ..
