so.... your not building the other truck now? You should just sell the f250... and still put the one tons under this one.... regardless, you are going to want one tons... :out: You may be able to trade that f250 for the work?

I'm just gonna run it this way for this season, and then next winter attempt to find a 78-79 KP Dana 60. Then probably do a 14 bolt in the rear.
Theres a set of ford dana 60s on CL right now for 800$. And theyll just bolt in, so if I move both these trucks fast enough I might go check em out.

I picked up dana 60s today.:cornut:
Got the front dana 60 ready to go in just gotta turn my truck around and put back in the garage and tear the dana 44 off!
Hope to have the truck done minus a few little stupid BS things by the middle of next week.
If anybodys bored you can always come over and offer words of encourage ment or help out.:cheers2:

Nice, those are about the only fords I actually like. That front 60 will be nice to have. I Just finished putting a Dana 60 in my K5, now I'm running 1 tons on a K5, its a pretty good feeling. If your gonna name it "Punisher" then you better Murder it out and stencil on the white punisher skull to the doors. I painted my truck Orange and some guys were refering to it as "The great Pumpkin", everytime they said that I instantly thought of Charlie Brown and the damn cartoon thats on every Haloween. soooooo I named my truck Charlie. Pretty basic, just what I like. Anyway, I like the Ol Ford, but dont tell anyone I said that.

looks good now get the rear welded and go get some mud on her!!! i would strongly caution you not to weld the front until you have hydro assist on her otherwise you will hate turning.

Dans dodge is welded front and it seems to do pretty good? I'm gonna run the way it is for a few trips and see how she does. Then i'll make the call.

Well took her out today and she did pretty awesome.
Next upgrade is a shackle flip.
Than winch
Than high steer with hydro assist and weld the front!!
