my new tow rig

just picked up this 99 crew cab long bed lariat 6-speed 7.3 with 190k on the clock for 6k. just did ball joints and unit bearings and a tie rod it needed and then cut out the cat and next i am cutting out the muffler. should tow the toyota with ease....

i like how all you dodge guys think your trucks are gold when the only pieces of them that last for more than a manufacturers warranty are not made by dodge at all but other companies....:11:

also i didn't want to buy a dodge cause i did not want to go to the manditory asshole driving school....hahaha

but in all seriousness i looked at chevies dodges and fords and all the dodges were autos or way over priced, all the duramexes were out fo my budget and the 7.3 is a damn good motor and the leather crew cab and a 6-speed were the sellers. i mean that back seat is a couch.

Wow... for a guy who doesn't get off road much, you sure have an opinion about what is what offroad wise don't ya.... :rofl:

When you get that rig of yours out of its skirt, and out on a run with us, I'd be curious to see if your outlook changed when you found yourself on the end of a strap... connected to (As Clutch so eloquintly put it) "The back of a jacked up FORD".

I just happen to be the head instructor at the "Asshole school" for drivers!!. As far as the end of the strap goes I don't care whats at the other end, some good help is always welcomed whether it be Ford, Dodge or whatever:cheers2:. The beers wash down just as good around the fire that night. Yeah Ryan for sure the Manual Tranny is a definate selling point, it was for me as well, I wouldn't even consider an Auto especially in the Dodges, they are notoriously craptastic. Yes also the 7.3 is a kick ass motor, you made a good buy. I just can't drive around in a truck that makes other guys in BRONCOS wink at me in:30:

Yeah THANKS for bringin it up. Actually the situation is EVEN WORSE now..............Its in my DRIVEWAY:yikes:. We finally drove the tampon the other day, we killed it in the driveway and then when we went to restart the Battery was dead so there it sits contaminating my manhood:beatdeadhorse5:
