Shackle Flip ?

I'm gonna do it this weekend so I can get rid of the block on my truck. Do you think it would be better (stronger,functional) to cut a hole in bottem of the hanger and flip the shackle or flip the hole hanger? If I cut a hole in the bottem of the hanger I will weld a piece of angle iron in for a brace!

ive seen alot of folks just cut a square hole out the bottom and call it good .. plasma would be nice here lol

You could just flip the bracket but you'll loose hieght as well..

Probably work just fine if you cut out the bottom and just weld in some bracing.. I bought new brackets and have been super happy with them.
