Homestead Trail June 5th

Had a great time on Homestead trail. Was nice because this was the first time I had ever been back there. Greg and family, Ben and Family, and My family had a blast and you could not have asked for a nicer day. All went smooth with no breaking issue. Went stopped at the "Homestead" cabin and barn for lunch and fire.
I heard this trail was nothing and could be done in 2wheel drive...I beg to differ lol. It was a little wet but there is a hole that has a very mucky bottom and a swamp on the other side of it so you have to pick one or the other. The hole has about 4 feet of water and mud, and the swamp is just that...swamp.

It was odd seeing my old Bronco but I was glad Ben has taken great care of her:22:

:) yea had a blast the mud hole was awsome i`d post pics but camera went under water in the jeep the 1st time i got stuck:sad: got the over heat issue fix need a snorke for my exhuast motors boggy out from water fill it up only in deep puddles:skep: the run was better than i expcted

Hmm. I did that trail in 2 WD the year 2B2P did it at the meet and greet :)

I had to take a second look at that picture too wayne, I thought it was a moose as well :)

Again a trail I promise that could not be done in 2WD. Like the Sheep Creek trail I think this one has changed in the last 10 years Phil lol:biggrin5:
