Me, Dad, and Dad went with Bradly and his son to Zero Lake trail for a nice ATV run. I forgot how unforgiving this trail can be. Even extremely dry it has bottomless swamp bog. Other than a few stucks minor ATV damage, and one roll over we all made it home in one piece. Good hard long ride! @40miles.
It was very swampy and once past the lake going up into the forest and hills it only got worse and very narrow. The trail has changed a lot and this is not a very friendly trail, but fun all the same. If you bring your 4wheeler make sure you have a winch. I promise you will need it.
The trail head is more open than it was in the past. It gave the false sense that it may be dry......
