Kaylene and I headed out to Boulder Creek Thursday afterrnoon, to spend a few days out there relaxing, and exploring the area. Nate and family was heading out Friday night to meet us at the camp site.
It was fairly uneventful wheeling wise, and there was not much traffic the whole weekend. There were a few wheelers, and a group of Jeeps that came out Saturday for the night.
We found a pretty cool washout that had tons of fossils, and lots of cool BIG boulders. The water was pretty low in most spots, and we didn't have any problem going all over the valley/creek bed.
We packed up Sunday morning/afternoon after the weather started to look like it was going south again (It had rained all late afternoon and night on Saturday).
After we were packed up, we headed out without issue (Unless you consider Kaylene hiding my MP3 player... that did stall us for a bit on the way out :cuss:)
