So, as some of you know, I bought a 2010 Silverado 1500 Ext cab 6.5 bed. I love it. So I ordered up some nice projector halo led/HID lights for it. I bought them off Ebay from Eagle Motorsports. I finally just got them today. Packaging was awesome. To my surprise, the HIDs weren't already installed.

Unfortunately I did not take pics of the actual installation. BUT, it is fairly easy.

Tools needed: Socket wrench with a 4 inch extension (wobble socket could help but not necissary), 10mm shallow socket (6 pt), pair of regular pliers, flat head screwdriver.

First off you want to remove the radiator/grill cover. There are about 6 plastic push pin style clips, you just lift the pin and the whole pin and expander come out.

Next you need to remove 4 bolts (10mm) that hold the grill to the core support.

After that, there are 6 clips behind the grill that need a pair of pliers to remove, just compress the clip and pull the grill away.

Once you have all that done, you need to move down to the wheel well where you will find a bolt in front of the tire that holds the fender liner to the fender. Its all by itself and is a 10mm. Remove that, and pull the liner away enough to see up behind the headlight.

There is a single 10mm bolt that you just loosen up for the headlight to slide out later.

Next, move up to the headlight again. There are two 10mm bolts that hold the light in place, one on top of the core support, and one on the front face of the core support. Once those are removed, you can muscle the light out (kinda sketchy, but will pop out). Be careful as to not pull the wires too hard.

There is one single main clip for the headlight harness you need to undo.

Now you can install the projector lights.

There are two wires for the Halos, and two for the LED running lights. Since you want both of those on at the same time, twist the grounds for the two together and do the same for the positives. The odd thing is that you wan them connected to you youre running lights, which are part of the assembly. So I find it odd that they didnt just fuggin wire it from the factory.

But, you want to splice into youre amber running lights. On mine it was brown for positive and black for negative. The blue would be youre blinkers. Super easy, you can use tie in connectors with some electro grease.

The HID part is separate, and pretty self explanitory when you have it in front of you. Remove the H3 bulb of the low beam projector.

Install the HID bulb (do not touch either bulbs with fingers, use a tissue if neccissary, if you do touch it, clean with alchohol.)

The rest is plug and play for the most part. If you need help with it, ask me. Here are some pics of how they look installed and on.
