Hey fellas, I haven't been on in awhile. Hope it's nothing but happy trails. My buddy has a really nice house here in anchorage that he is about to put on the market. I though I'd give you all first call on it.
3 bedroom
2.5 bath
laundry room upstairs - wash and dry leave w/me
high vaulted ceilings
laminate(but nice) light wood floors - enitire 1st flr
nice open kitchen - stainless appliances
a front living room with vaulted ceilings and a big picture window
a rear living room with gas fireplace (flip the switch and you have a fire)
open floor dining room
large deck with privacy area
fenced in yard (has a week old stain)
2 car garage-finished walls and cabinet storage
master sweet is big, lots of windows and light
-has big closet, vanity, and hot tub
the house sits at the end of a culdasac. it's quite, no highway noise ever. you hear some of the smalls plans taking off from the airfeild, kinda cool sometimes. I keep the front yard lined up tight and green.
That's all I can think of right now. Starting market is $345k. I'll probably put it on craigs list. i'll post the link to some pics. i'm in training right now. ask any questions you want. it's nice, i'm living in it now.
