I think Ray just wants to build something One tons and 40s would bring the cool factor a little bit, but capability wise, I wouldn't think it'd be worth the work.

I've never heard anyone say that. Broncos need bigger tires because they are heavy as shit

plenty of people get most places with 38's and smaller on broncos, you went 44's to go those other places, same with putting 40's on a toyota, to go those other places others cant go, and you cant deny the unique supply of one ton axles we have up here in alaska and the streanght is hard to beat for the price.

Heres a link to one, but again its a D44. but the process is pretty much the same. Cut down the tube on the long side, reweld it, order a custom inner and done.

I am a firm believer in 1tons with 39.5 boggers under a bronco. Since I have gone to that combo I have had alot less issues. Sure a couple more inches I could throw on some 44's and turn them with no problems with the 4 speed installed......

Ok I am not going to fool anyone I am just to broke right now to get 44 boggers or I would ANyone need a set of new 39.5 boggers lol
